DESCRIPTION:Brain aneurysm survivor Cathy is taking on her third HYROX race in Washington\, D.C.\, this September in honor of Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month and fellow survivors. After a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2020 led to emergency surgery and nearly a month in the hospital\, Cathy fought her way through recovery and returned to lifting and running within three months. Today\, she continues to challenge herself\, proving that a brain aneurysm does not have to define your future—and using her journey to spread awareness and inspire others.
