GETTING STARTED IS EASY
TBF is available to help with marketing, promotion and execution of your event as you see fit. We provide sponsorship opportunities, a main event hub to track all donations and registrations, as well as TBF branded apparel and swag. Your event name will be featured on our annual Race Series tee as well as our website, social media and marketing endeavors. What The Bee Foundation Covers
TBF provides funding for specific mission-related expenses or a set grant amount, but it does not cover all operational and event-day costs. Sponsorships allow us to bridge the gap and deliver a high quality, safe event.

- All sponsorship funds are budgeted and tracked
- Expenses must be approved in advance
- Remaining funds directly support TBF
